Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, soft baits and opened line accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Restocking Fee: 15% for opened but unused rods, reels, or combos
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the replacement item in your email
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective rod, reel, or tackle:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return shipping label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
